Tell us about your involvement in Global Wellness Day?
I am currently the GWD Ambassador for Hong Kong.
What makes you smile or brings you joy and why?
My children. Because they’re just awesome!
What is your daily wellness routine?
I do intermittent fasting every day. Which has helped me on so many levels, resulting in an overall better sense of wellbeing. My exercise is generally conducted early in the morning between 5 – 7 AM, which includes, swimming, walking and mountain biking.
What is your favourite quote or affirmation?
It is not my favourite, but I have found myself saying it a lot: “It is what it is.”
Describe how you achieve mindfulness
I achieve this by spending time alone and being.
What does wellness mean to you?
Everything– it has been my life to date.
Where do you find inspiration?
I am inspired by my family simply to do better every day. They give me the drive and motivation I need.
What are your go-to wellness apps and/or podcasts? Why?

I don’t use wellness apps and the closest podcast that I regularly listen too, that often discusses different aspects of wellness/ wellbeing/ health/ exercise is Joe Rogan.

Family

All the things that have not gone my way.
Finally, what words of wisdom can you pass on?
Ask me this again in 10 years! I am still on my journey and making mistakes. But to date, it’s this: value your family and foster strong friendships. I feel you can achieve what you need with these pillars in your life.
