About Nataša

Nataša Ranitović was named the first GWD ambassador for Serbia in 2016, thanks to her tremendous experience and success in the field of wellness, which she has transformed. Nataša is a EuropeSpa expert and consultant, president of the Health, Wellness and Spa Tourism Cluster of Serbia and director and editor of the Regional Conference on Health, Wellness and Spa Tourism since 2009.

Tell us about your involvement in Global Wellness Day?

I’ve been the GWD Ambassador in Serbia since 2015 and the Republic of Serbia has been on the world wellness map since then. I am proud to be a part of the GWD movement and my mission is to share its philosophy of a healthy lifestyle.

What makes you smile or brings you joy and why?

When I see the happy faces of professionals and people involved in free wellness activities all over Serbia my mission is fulfilled. We all have a birthright to live a life full of joy and happiness.

 What is your daily wellness routine?

Meditation, stretching exercises, walking, positive thinking, gratitude, healthy diet, seven hours sleep, essential oils.

 What is your favourite quote or affirmation?

 Enjoy each moment. Be present. Be your hero.

Describe how you achieve mindfulness

Through meditation, slowing down, spending time in nature.

What does wellness mean to you? 

Wellness is a choice for each of us to take responsibility for our own health. We have to make the choice to change our lives.

Where do you find inspiration? 

My inspiration comes through constant learning and growth. 

What are your go-to wellness apps and/or podcasts? Why?

Louise Hay meditations and affirmations. These help me to feel more aware, grateful, loving.
